Renée is the founder and owner of DELTA SYSTEMS, an Organization Development consulting firm celebrating 16 years in business. She is highly regarded by business and industry for her expertise in building high-performance, self-managing work teams.

Renée holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management both from Eastern Michigan University.

She is frequently sought after as a Speaker/Facilitator for national groups, such  as:
